                        Butter Cake

                             You will need

 

 

                    250g Butter  

                          250g Sugar                      

                          250g Flour
                          5 Eggs       
                          8g Baking Powder                    

                    2g Salt

                    10ml Vanilla   

 
                                Method

                    1. Pre heat the oven 180°C. 
                    2. Sift the flour,baking powder  and the  salt together
                    3. Creamthe butterand sugar in abowl,

                          until  the mixture is pale and fluffy.  
                    4. Gradually beat in the eggs,add the eggs  one at a time    

                         beating  well after each  addition .
                     5. Finally fold in the flour.
