Measure the ingredients accurately according to your recipe. 3. Use the ingredients at the room temperature. 4. Sift the flour, Baking powder together 2, 3 times. 5. Use fresh eggs. 6. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy 7. Prepare the baking pan before starting. 8. Chose a shiny baking pan 9. Preheat the oven. 10. Bake the cake in the center of the oven. 11. Don't open the oven door during the first 30 minutes of baking time. Lining a Cake Tin ****************** Basic method 1. Place the cake tin on the baking paper. 2. Draw around the cake tin with your pencil. 3. Cut out the marked shape of the paper. 4. Grease the cake tin with melted butter or vegetable oil 5. Fit it in the bottom of the cake tin. 6. Measure the Cake tins circumferences with a help of a tap. 7. Cut the baking paper strip 3” higher than the tin and 3” longerthan the measurement. 8. Fold down 3″ of the strip and make1.5 ″ cuts in the paper. (1.5″ between each cut) 9. Place the long strip of baking paper in side tin. Cuts should face down to the bottom of the tin. |
