                        Carrot Cake

                             You will need

 

 

                      150g Flour

                            100g Brown Sugar
                            225g Grated carrot
                            2 Eggs
                            1 tsp Cinnamon
                            1/2 tsp Bicarbonate soda
                            75ml Vegetable oil
                           50ml Golden syrup
                            25g Walnut 

 
                                Method
 

                      1. Preheat the oven to 170°C
                      2. Sift the Flour, Cinnamon,
                         Bicarbonate soda together in a bowl.
                      3. Beat the Sugar, eggs and the oil. 
                      4. Add golden syrup.
                      5. Fold the sifted flour.

                      6. Stir the mixture using a wooden spoon.
                      7. Add the grated carrot mix it well.
                      8. Finally add the walnuts.

                      9. Transfer the mixture to prepared cake tin
