                        Cashew nut Cake

                             You will need

 

                      250g Butter

                             250g Sugar
                            230g Flour
                            5 Eggs
                            8g Baking Powder
                            Pinch of salt
                           10ml Vanilla
                           35g Cashew nut
                               
                                 Method
 

                    1.Sift the flour, baking powder and the salt together. 
                    2.Cream the butter and sugar in a bowl,
                        until the mixture is pale and fluffy. 
                    3.Gradually beat the eggs [add the eggs one at a time,
                       beating well after each addition.] 
                   4.Add Vanilla.
                   5.Fold in the sifted flour and Cashew nut's with butter milk.
                   6.Transfer the mixture to prepared cake tin.
