                         Cherry Cake

                             You will need

 

 

                       250g Butter

                              250g Sugar

                              400g Flour

                              5 Eggs

                              8g Baking Powder

                              Pinch of salt

                              100g Cherry

                              Vanilla

 
                                Method

                   1. Sift the flour, baking powder and the salt together. 
                   2. Cut the cherry in to small pieces 
                   3. Cream the butter and sugar in a bowl, 
                       until the mixture is pale and fluffy. 
                   4.Gradually beat the eggs [add the eggs one at a time,
                      beating well after each addition.]
                   5. Add  vanilla 
                   6. Fold in the sifted flour and cherry pieces

                    with butter milk.
                   7. Pure in to paper cake cups.
