                         Chocolate cake

                         You will need                      

 

 

                    250g Butter 
                           250gSugar                                
                           250g Flour
                           5 Eggs 
                           20g Cocoa powder
                           8g Baking Powder
                           2g Salt 
                           10ml Vanilla
  

 
                                Method

               1. Pre heat the oven 180°C. 
               2. Sift the flour, baking powder,
Cocoa powder

                   and the salt together.
              3. Cream the butter and sugar in a bowl,until the mixture is

                  pale and fluffy.
              4. Gradually beat the eggs. [ add the eggs one at a time beating

                  well after each addition]
              5. Add vanilla.
              6. Fold in the sifted flour using a metal spoon.

              7.Transfer the mixture to prepared cake tin.
