                      Coconut Cake

                             You will need

 

 

                         250g Butter

                            250g Sugar

                            300g Flour 

                            5 Eggs 

                            100g Grinded coconut 

                           8g Baking Powder 

                           2g Salt 

                           10ml Vanilla

 
                                Method

                     1.Sift the flour, baking powder and the salt together. 
                     2.Pre heat the oven 180°C 
                     3.Cream the butter and sugar in a bowl,
                        until the mixture is pale and fluffy.
                     4.Gradually beat in the eggs, add the eggs one at a time,
                        beating well after each addition.
                     5.Fold in the sifted flour and coconut in to the butter milk.
                     6.Transfer the mixture to prepared cake tin.
                     7.Pure in to small paper cups and

                        bake it in 220°C for 25minutes
