                             You will need

 

 

                         250g Butter 

                                250g Sugar

                                400g Flour 

                                5 Eggs 

                                8g Baking Powder

                                Pinch of salt 

                                10ml Vanilla  

 
                                Method

                    1. Sift the flour, baking powder and the salt together.
                    2. Cream the butter and sugar in a bowl,
                        until the mixture is pale and fluffy. 
                    3. Gradually beat the eggs [add the eggs one at a time, 
                        beating well after each addition.] 
                    4. Finally fold in the flour.
                    5. Divide the mixture in to paper cases.
