                             You will need

 

 

                                 180g Butter

                                 200g Sugar 

                                 250g Flour 

                                  4 Eggs 

                                 8g Baking Powder 

                                 Pinch of salt 

                                 10ml Cool water

                                 10ml Rose water  

 
                                Method
 

                 1.Sift the flour, baking powder and the salt together.  
                 2.Cream the butter and sugar in a bowl, 
                     until the mixture is pale and fluffy. 
                 3.Gradually beat the eggs [add the eggs one at a time,
                     beating well after each addition.] 
                 4.Add the cool water and the rose water in to the butter milk
                 5.Fold in the sifted flour using a metal spoon.
                 6.Transfer the mixture to prepared cake tin.
                 7.Bake it in 180°C for 45 minutes.
