Fish Cutlets

 Fish Cutlets

 

You will need


 500g Cooked boneless fish/Salmon
 250g Potatoes, boiled
 1small grated onion
 Salt and pepper to taste
 1 tbsp green chilies
 1egg 
 Oil for fry
 Breadcrumbs

 

 

Method


1.Mix all the ingredients except egg and breadcrumbs
2.Beat the egg
3.Roll out the mixture in round shaped, Cutlets.
4.Dip the cutlets in the beaten egg and coat in the breadcrumbs.
5.Refrigerate for about 25-30 minutes.
6.Then fry the fish cutlet still golden brown both sides.
7.Serve immediately with tomato sauce
