Method 1. Sift the flour, baking powder and the salt together.
2. Pre heat the oven 180°C .
3. Cream the butter and sugar in a bowl,
until the mixture is pale and fluffy.
4. Gradually beat the eggs. [add the eggs one at a time
beating well after each addition]
5. Add the mix fruits, nuts, spice and sifted flour
in to the butter milk.
6. Stir the mixture using a wooden spoon.
7. Transfer the mixture to prepared cake tin.
6. First bake the cake in 160°C for one hour
and 150°C for30 minutes.
