Marble cake ********************************* You will need
250g Butter or Margarine 250g CasterSugar 250g Flour 5 Eggs 8g Bakingpowder Green food coloring Red food coloring
Method
1. Pre heat the oven 180°C
2. Sift the flour, baking powder and the salt together
3. Cream the butter and sugar in a bowl, until the mixture is pale and fluffy.
4. Gradually beat in the eggs, finally fold in the flour.
5. Divide the mixture in to three equal portions.
6. Leave one portion plan, color one green and the anther one pink.
7. Drop the plan mixture first and drop spoonful of the other mixtures in to the tin.
8. Carefully smooth the top without mixing the colors.
9. Bake it in 180°C for 45 minutes. |
