                        Rock Cake

                             You will need

 

 

                        80g Butter

                        180g Sugar

                        500g Flour

                        2 Eggs

                        2Table spoons of milk

                        12g Baking Powder

                       Pinch of Salt 

                       Vanilla

                        125 g Racings

                        Colored sugar

                         

 
                                Method

                     1. Sift the flour, baking powder and the salt together. 
                     2. Cut the butter in to small pieces and add butter,
                          sugar and eggs to the mixed flour.
                     3. Mix it well. 
                     4. Add the racings in to the combined mixture.
                     5. Divided the mixture in to small potions,
                         and pat each in to round cakes. 
                    6. Brash little milk on the top of the
                        round cakes and spread little sugar on top.
