Fish Cutlets

 Samosa
 Dough

You will need


250g flour
Pinch of salt
1egg
Water
4tbs oil

 

 

Method


1.Sift the flour and the salt.
2.Add the 4tbs oil, egg and water to the dough
3.Knead gently until smooth.
4.Divide in to ten equal potions
5.Roll each portion in to square

 

 

 Filling

 You will need

 

500g minced beef/lamb/chicken
1 onion, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp green chilies
1tbsp turmeric
1tbsp masala powder
1tbsp garlic
1tbsp ginger    
1tbs lime
1 medium size tomato, sliced
Oil

 

Method

 

 

1.Add 1tbs oil in a pan
2.Mix all the ingredients and cook it for 15 minutes.

 

1.After Roll each portion in to square
2.Place some filling in the middle and dampen the edges with water
3.Fold one top corner over to the opposite corner and seal the edges to form a triangle.
4.Heat the oil
5.Deep fry the samosa about 5minutes until its golden brown
6.Serve immediately with tomato sauce
