Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management tool, which will grant you complete command over your e-mail box accounts and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-work-with user interface, you can create a new email box in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Furthermore, you can forward e-mail messages from one mail account to another, configure mail filters, set up auto-response messages and shield your e-mail boxes against junk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unrequested mails will find their way into your email box. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given electronic mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for sorting your incoming email messages on the basis of specific criteria specified by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can easily set up a mail filter for any of your mail accounts and edit the e-mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming mail messages from one email account to another, or even to a number of other email mailbox accounts. Just specify the electronic mail account you wish to redirect e-mails from, then specify the destination email box and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly configure the e-mail client of your choosing to access your mail accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you wish to set up on your computer or mobile device and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mailbox will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple e-mail accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to quickly create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will take care of everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
